Okay lots of posts on looks and I agree they matter to a degree. This post will be on some things I have done to improve my looks and most can be done in one day or a most a couple weeks.

1 Get your body fat at or below 15%.

Lowering your bodyfat and increasing muscle makes your face look more defined this will make you look more handsome. You will also get more energy and testosterone pumping through you.

Use a bmr calculator to find how many calories you burn and go 500 under that if you want to lose a pound of weight a week or 500 over to gain.

Balance cardio and weights (heavy squats/dips/bench/deadlifts/overhead press/push up/pullups) and running/sprints.

Eat your body weight or slightly less in protein, the rest can 30% carbs and 20 % fat. This can depend on your goals, when I was leaning I kept carbs even lower.

2 Eat healthier (relates to number 1)

Drink lots of water and eat lots of vegetables, clean carbs (brown rice, quinoa, beans) and lean protein (chicken and fish). Vitamins and Fish Oil help especially if you are cutting.

Avoid fried foods and excessive alcohol/quit smoking/hard drugs. I drink, but limit it to 2 days per week and really pace myself.

3 Get clearer skin. See a doctor if necessary. A clean diet will help with this. lots of reddit forums that relate to skin care.

But basically cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, and protect with SPF.

4 Tan Within moderation and use sun tan lotion. Tanning helps reduce appearance of blemishes and makes you look healthier.

Spray tan is also an option.

5 Teeth whitening hopefully your teeth are not jacked if so I recommend braces.

Buy an electric toothbrush I recommend pulsonic over oral b and use whitestrips and floss and make sure to clean your tongue, even a metal spoon works.

6 Get a stylish hair cut currently the combover taper fade is popular, I have a taper fade comb over makes me look younger and its stylish.

If going bald shave it off.

7 Increase your height. liftkits.com is what I bought but amazon also has some cheap options.

I am 5-11, when I use the lift kits and shoes I go up to 6-2.

Wear cowboy boots if your not about lifts.

8 Stylish clothing (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)

Wish I would have made this number 1. Stores I recommend h/m, dillards, bananna republic, and express.

Nordstroms/Aldo is my go to store for shoes.

The main importance is fit and nothing super baggy. Also have deep dark jeans with simple patterns on top I personally love baseball tees, henley (especially if you have muscle), and button ups.

Shoes are critical. All white shoes are always good when going casual with jeans, I like cowboy boots, and its always good to dress things up with ethan allens or aldo oxfords.

9 Buy an interesting watch or accessory.

I ball on a budget with this, but of course if you got the bank go with something else like citizen, breitling, rolex, etc.

10 Buy a cologne atomizer.

This is a small travel size cologne carrier. I put my cologne on in the bar bathroom and refresh when I need to I get compliments ALL THE TIME, because I smell ultra fresh.

You can get these for free from Sephora. Colognes that have amazing reaction from women.

Nobody wants to be around sad moppy people. When you smile you exhibit positivity which is what everyone wants to be around and will make you more approachable and attractive.
