During regular conversation with her, make up something fun you're about to do and that's why you have to leave. She'll seem interested, maybe ask questions about what you're doing, or just generally pay attention to you if she's really shy or not to that stage yet. Casually ask her if she's going, which of course she isn't because you just made something up. Invite her along and go do whatever you were about to do, like getting coffee, heading to a bar, going bowling, doing laundry, whatever. If she's into you, she'll go.

If she's into you, she'll go
This.
And, if you can schecule your stuff so that she finds it inconvenient to go but does the impossible to come, you'll find out the level of interest in you. It's kind of a dirty trick but girls do it too.

I like deangelo's approach to this better. You simply say "Come on, let's go" to her, then she'll follow. When she asks where you're going, you look at her like she's a dork and say "..Just come on" and lead her to do whatever you were going to do.
I'd recommend that one, or being a little more overt by saying "Hey, i'm gong to do this. Come on". Final variant: make it a choice where the answer is obvious (e.g., "I'm going to get coffee. Come if you want some stimulating conversation with awesome company... or stay here and be boring.")

Call her up, ask her out. Be clear that it's just the two of you. "I've got two tickets to the concert this Friday. Let's go to the show." Being direct shows that you've got balls.
As for normal, so far normal means hanging out with lots of friends and not sleeping with her. Time to change the norm.

I disagree with this method - it's too direct, and it can make her uncomfortable if she's not sure yet. It's important to start with casual isolation and then escalate smoothly enough so she doesn't have a chance to question whether or not things are going too fast yet fast enough that the tension never disappears.

Yes, I'm with you.
I'd go to a concert with a friend of mine, tell her that I'm going and invite her. Make her bring a friend so that your friend has company.
If she declines, enjoy your concert and wait for her move.

Bring up topics of things you like with her and when she responds positively to one of those things say, "We should totally go do that, let's exchange numbers so we can plan it" or something to that affect.
I generally just say "Hey, give me your number". I've mostly pulled that on facebook, and it has worked everytime I've done it.
