How do I learn Game? How do I even learn to write out my thoughts?

Is it a mechanical, step-by-step process? Well, the step-by-step logical method has two benefits: It's proven to work for many. Albeit it might be not inspirational, maybe even opposite, it's still something.

The step-by-step methods worked for many people, to reach their end goal, whichever that step-by-step method promises to deliver, so they are clearly at least partially based on Truth.

Same with writing out one's thoughts, to learn writing in a formulaic way, again is logical (puts you in your head) which might prevent you from finding your OWN process, but hey, the're proven to work.

Well, you gotta accept that those methods DO work to a certain extent, yet the paradox remains that reality is emotional, and emotion is energy-in-motion so you have to keep it moving, you have to let the flow take it with you, rather than resist it. Part of flowing is that method landing to you, part of flowing is letting go of that method if it creates problems that are unnecessary and counter-productive.

Flowing, and finding your processes, and the things that RESONATE with you requires an emotional healing, being out of touch with emotions is clearly unhealthy, suppressed, vague, and largely stoic, directionless and desperate.

The reason we avoid emotion is because of PAIN.

We avoid pain, because we dare not face it.

"Unadorned suffering is the bed-mate of masculine growth."

You have to ACCEPT the suffering. What is suffering? Anxiety, depression, grief, shame, guilt, these are ALL low vibration energies related to pain that we always want to avoid. This is the Shadow. Where our greatest power lies.

You have to accept those emotions, and let them flow through you, in order to release them, and find self-love.

Don't fixate on them, go through them, access them, whichever way possible, but don't let them take control.

"By letting go of control, you already got what you want, at least the kind of control you wanted."

Again, paradox.

Don't fixate on exploring the shadow extensively so that you are always dark and down battling those demons, merely focus on growth, purpose and Presence, once you access the subtle energy channels. This is all EMOTIONAL. Follow the quiet, but confident voice of Intuition. It lies in your body, your heart, your gut. That's where it is.

The mind is a great servant, but terrible master. Mind alone will judge Reality and Emotions as good or bad, kicks self-preservation mechanisms in, which puts you into Ego. which is fear-based and clouds your judgment, but further more impedes your ability to feel better.

Imagine if you had emergency bells ringing around every time you are put in a situation which your mind perceives as dangerous. That's what Anxiety is like.

Well, that would be good in the case of fighting, accessing that fight-or-flight mechanism, you want that adrenaline, or if an animal attacks you.

But of WHAT FUCKING USE IS IT WHEN YOU'RE TALKING TO THAT GIRL?

If anything, it lowers your chances of hooking up with her.

And to add gasoline to fire, you feel afraid because of being afraid, and so you cut off that feeling because it overwhelms you. It continues, but now on it's own accord. It officially kicks you out of your body. IT HAS YOU.

Rather, don't resist it, don't fight it, don't judge yourself, let go of the judgment of others as well, and BREATHE.

Be with it until it runs it's course, it becomes over soon.

Now you open up more, you become more relaxed, you get into a better head-space for it. This is where real transformation happens,

See what arises.

These small progresses become habituated and acquire you HUGE SOCIAL STATUS.

------------------------

If mind diverts from PAINFUL emotions, it dissociates, it fragments itself. Thus a gap lies between a "me" that feels things, and a "me" that is conscious.

The emotions remain, albeit unconsciously.

Once mind dissociates, it blocks information from that area, keeping the negative emotional charge in.

Trying to rid yourself of it by any means other than releasing it won't work. Because if the goal is feeling really good, that must also imply being okay with feeling bad. You have to allow yourself to feel.

By letting go of emotions (accepting them) you have successfully moved them out, by suppressing them (actively controlling them) you let them stay as baggage that continue to drive you because they remain in the form of demons.

Letting go connects you with the intelligence in your body, which is where your True Self lies.

Let that True Self shine. Let inspiration arise within you once again.

Don't be too attached to things.

"The heart, gut, and balls are blocked by demons."

Fear is a demon.

Shame is a demon.

Guilt is demon.

Apathy is the biggest fucking demon, the Void that stares back and consumes your soul.

Anger is a demon, albeit a useful alley.

All these emotions are ACTUALLY GOOD and they work, but you don't need them anymore.

Resisting these emotions is useless. Chaos is part of life. Feeling is a part of life. Be okay with whatever you feel.

Once you accept them, you can work through them, walk with them, and by accessing your emotions (psyche) this puts you into your body instead of your head.

How does one access the subtle energy channels associated with each emotion? and how do we work through them?

There are many ways, first is visualizations of events where these emotions happened, the other is facing them in the real world (exposure), and learning to look them in the face and be with them so many times as deeply as possible until they don't have control over us anymore.

For me, one such emotion is Fear of women, and that means I have to face my fear everyday in order to transcend it.

So, yeah, it is exposure therapy of sorts.

The only way out is in.

Once one finds inspiration, the "real" you, good feelings, whatever it is on the other side, the real seduction, and typing out of Original thoughts will take place naturally as well, as you flow with your True Self that calls you to do things.

Hopefully, I can pickup some women along the way.
