The key thing you need is practice. You need to approach women and gain experience doing it.

If you’re new, then a few ideas can help.

Let go of the outcome. Teach yourself to not get caught up on the results of any interaction. Don’t self judge.
Learn to self amuse. Make it fun. Make yourself laugh. Turn approaching, rejections, etc…, turn it all into a game that you learn to laugh at. Make the game fun.
Don’t try to impress the girl, or put on an act to get the girl. Be the amplified version of yourself. Again, make it fun.
Be a little edgy or polarizing. Say things other guys would normally not say, once in a while.
Learn from every interaction. Try to pick something up every time you approach. Always be improving. Start with vocal tonality, eye contact, and facial expressions.
Play the numbers game. Sounds simple, but you need to be in location where you can do a lot of approaches.
Have fun. Never take anything personally in game. It’s all self amusement or just learning social skills.

Generally the channels you want to pick are ones where:

You can see the guy and his vibe to see if he has game.
Some infield where he is talking to girls.
Recommendations from other people.
His advice is often specific and practical and you can tell it came from actual experience not just broad theory.
He recognizes the importance of looks, social skills, and mental health too because inner game is important.
Has more modern content and isn't just spouting off theory from 20 years ago.
Has been coaching and approaching for many years.

I'd suggest channels like Coach Kyle, Honest Signalz, Todd V, Playing with Fire, and Ultimate Man Project.

Most content is unrealiable, since 98% of the seduction gurus are bullshit artists. But here is some advice:

Books: The game is ok if you want to start somewhere, (Neil has a decent pen and most of the books out there are derivatives). You aint going to become a seduction master after reading a book, nor you should apply the method to letter.

Youtube: I would avoid.

Courses, workshops or masterclasses: HELL NO!!!! most seduction gurus are bullshit artists.

Practice: This is the best way to do it: experiment with the apps, try some night game, improve yourself and build a social circle. Its going to suck at first, but practice makes perfect.
