Hey man,

Good to hear about this recent experience. She might be into you and you wont know for sure until you test her limits.

In your situation I would ask her in person or at least through a phone call.

I would let her know in person (while having very good eye contact) that I find her attractive/adorable/sexy/cute and that I would like to get to know her more. I would then proceed to getting to know her a bit. I would make statements, observations, make assumptions about her, tease her to keep the conversation going. After 10-15 minutes I would invite her to hang out with me or tell her that I would like to take her on a date.

If your under the age of thirty and she is as well, I would not verbally tell her that it's a date because a lot of pressure usually comes to a girl when they think about going on a date with a guy they barley know. Especially a guy they haven't slept with yet. In this case tell her you want to hang out with her.

If your at least thirty years old and she is as well, It's fine to verbally tell her that you want to take he on a date. Women in that age category are generally more comfortable going on "dates" rather then "hanging out"

Either way during your "date" or "hang out", you want to let her know that you have romantic/sexual interest in her by getting her comfortable with your touch. Touching in her is super important because if not done, will keep you in the friend zone.

Be clear with your intent

"Hey, I like you, lets go out on a date".

If she says no then at least you know where you stand. Either she's interested or she's not, and no amount of pussyfooting around with the phraseology is going to make a difference

"I had a lot of fun with you on Thursday and I'd like to see you again. I'm going to X on Tuesday and it would be great if you joined me."

I'd suggest an activity besides coffee. That's where you would take her if it was a business meeting. Think of something more fun.
