In my last post I wrote that one of the most important thing in Pickup is to stop giving a shit about people's opinion and I got a lot of questions on how to do it. You’re right guys, I wrote the solution but I didn’t write how to reach it.
Well, in my early times I suffered from a severe social anxiety that kept me in a never ending state of stress. Even talking with my friends was an enormous source of stress to me. And I seriously thought I’ve been born like that, that there was no solution. But anyway I kept looking for a way out and I seriously tried a lot of different things.
The tools to overcome social and approach anxiety are so many and I should write for 3 days to list all of them! But I can tell you one that is totally important to separate yourself from your ego.
You have to make pranks to people.
Dating coaches usually suggest their students to give compliments to girls in the street, and don’t get me wrong, this helps. But it’s far more effective doing stupid things.
I make pranks to people from time to time, to remind me that I shouldn't take myself to seriously. A few weeks ago for example I asked a direction to a girl for a place called “Big bamboo”, a gay club with just naked black dancers. And I was asking this thing totally serious, like I was talking about politics.
Doing things like that are the perfect way to get you in the state, and are the best things you should do with friends at the beginning of a sarging night. Give each other stupid pranks to make and you will laugh your ass off. After you did a couple of them, you realise that if you can do something like that, approaching a girl is a piece of cake.
Anyway there are a lot of other advices to overcome approach anxiety once for all and if you still didn’t do it, get my 3 free videos. They’re each 20 minutes long, so I have enough time to explain everything there! :) https://pickupchange.clickfunnels.com/optinizekx9l4
Enjoy the process guys!
