I like the idea that you're keeping it cheap but the main thing is that if you don't know this girl that well, you need to keep it simple.

I'd honestly go to the rooftop bar first, alcohol relaxes people. Museum and ice cream should be second date.

You need to quickly figure out if she's even worth talking to. In that case, a simple "Let's meet at 7 at Craftlylad Bar"

Don't say "Does this work for you", she will tell you if that works for her or not. If it doesn't, she'll come back with another time.

If the convo is going well, jump venues and go to another bar, spend a max of 90 minutes at the first place and get moving. The more places she goes with you, the more comfortable she'll be with you. Also this allows you to shutdown any dude that might try to hit on her.

HOWEVER:

If you do know this girl and have had some semblance of a conversation with her, museum is fine to start with. I'd say "Let's meet at the museum at 7", follow the same order as above. Don't fuck around with texting before or after that. If she tries to tell you something over text like "Oh you won't believe what happened to me today!" You simply respond "Super busy right now but I want to hear all about it when I see you. Don't be late"

Don’t be cheap. Ask her what her favorite food is and take her out to dinner.
