If you can do all that then all you have to do is slow things down and then go in for the kiss.

Then once you’ve isolated and made out a bit you can start making bolder moves much more quickly and that leads to taking off clothes.

Work on working up your self-esteem and go into a lead with little investment. If she starts flaking or loses interest, she probably isn't worth your time. Value your time and effort with girls, know that she can back out whenever, and so can you. This way, it won't seem like youre investing your time and energy into getting to know her.
