Read the book No More Mr Nice Guy by Dr Robert Glover. Do the Breaking Free exercises in the book. Buy the audibook and listen to it. Repeat.

I don’t think you need to read a book to “learn how to be nice” if you can be mean when your mad you could be a “bad ass guy” when your around females.

Prioritize Yourself before anyone; don’t talk to any girls or friends because “you first before them after” If your texting someone say “I have to go workout, I’ll text you whenever” and don’t actually text them back you’ll seem like your chasing them Let them text you.

Say No;say no when’s it’s needed if a female want,needs, help on fixing something say no. Even better tease “ I could help you but I’m good, I got things to dol”

Don’t compliment; don’t validate females constantly, it’s just a big turn off and doesn’t make you look attractive. (Optional)Be mean and say something funny and silly instead “ yeah that shirt doesn’t look good,you look like a alligator”

MOST IMPORTANT!!!! “ treat them like a fan and your the celebrity” Being a celebrity your cocky & Arrogant and don’t have time for other people’s bullshit. You also divide your time and it’s important to use that time correctly. If someone’s wasting your time you leave and go focus on something else and you careless if someone leaves you, that’s the “ I Don’t Care Mindset”

I’m 15 I’ve learn all this within a year theirs lot more to this and it’s really complex to understand you’ll get confused.

You are nice because you are beta. Once you become alpha you will not be “nice.” Real nice, sure. Real niceness is the most attractive thing for people.

Guys look at being alpha as too hard, because only the “elite” are alpha. That’s not true. Millions of men are alpha, and it’s all about a simple change in mindset.

Anybody can adopt the alpha attitude, and when you have the alpha attitude, you instantly become alpha.

How does one change their mindset?

Being alpha is all about being in control. Alphas are leaders of their pack, and leaders must be in control.

I guarantee you don’t feel in control, otherwise you wouldn’t have this problem. Take a minute and think about all the areas of your life you don’t feel in control. Some of mine were:

Attachment to parents (causing me to go to college and not travel which we’re against my desires)
Fear of death, not in control of my safety (this stemmed from childhood trauma)
Not in control of having sex when I want.

And the list goes on.

So to be alpha, which is the best thing you can do for your health and happiness (alphas literally produce more serotonin than betas), you have to write down all the areas of your life that you don’t feel in control then fix them. Take control.

Some of them are easy. For example, putting off my college degree, moving out of the house and traveling was as simple as a decision and an action.

Others are more complicated, but still easy. For example, my fear of death / pain. Again, this stemmed from early childhood. Most people would see this as hard to over come.

Not me. I’ve learned how to overcome any trapped emotion through EFT. Look it up on YouTube.

Lets say you were abused. You probably feel shame in your body. You don’t feel in control of your safety. This is a FEELING, and it is not only trapped but draining VITAL life energy. The only way to get that energy back is to tap.

Tap on the EFT points and follow the EFT mantras online related to your emotion.

There are also EFT practitioners who are the best at working through these things.

Keep in mind, If there’s something you don’t feel in control of, it is almost definitely related to an emotional block that can be solved by EFT.

Even my fear of dropping out of college and traveling was routed in my dependence on my parents, which stemmed from them never letting me having any control in life.

This stemmed as guilt, shame, need for their approval, etc. I tapped on this, and these feelings disappeared. What was left was an enthusiasm for life and a feeling that I am free to be who I want and do what I want.
