(M23) Jumping straight to the point: I feel that I am obsessing over the idea of getting women - and the unrealistic expectations accompanying this inevitably cause disappointments. I believe that seduction should be a complement to one’s life and not the sole focus, yet I find myself overthinking in this area which is causing a reduction in my quality of life.

Has anyone else experienced this? I would greatly appreciate advice on how to overcome this, because I feel that this is my main barrier to true success in this field. Some background info: I have had girlfriends in the past, but now want to have more casual flings
