Anyway, just tell yourself that you like her. That’s it. No need to put her on a pedestal that has made you feel weak and speechless when you see her. Treat her like you treat other colleagues.

It’s probably a bit too late as you already caught feelings, you’re basically sabotaging yourself. Get rid of your feelings: tell yourself that you don’t really know her well that you could possibly have a crush on her, you just like her face or her body that’s about it.
