Since it's work, you have to tread carefully, you can make a move...without making a move... put it on her:

Ask her for guidance about how to approach this cute girl, say "she is cute, let me show you a photo" (try to keep a straight face :) then pull out your phone and put it in camera mode for a selfie and hand her the phone to see the "photo". Of course, she will see herself and blush/laugh.

Then proceed to role play and ask her for advice. That gives you plausible deniability. If it's not on, no harm done, you didn't even come on to her, you were just asking for "advice". If it's on, proceed to apply her advice on... her. Easy peasy.
