Never run out of things to say

Practice talking to people regularly.
1. Start conversations regularly, and treat every silence as a learning opportunity. Practice speaking to walls. Practice continuous talking no matter what. Another way to practice is to pick a word and continue talking about that word for 2 minutes without hesitation, pauses, or stopping.
Remember, silence is fine as long as you don’t make it an awkward silence.
If the room is too loud to have a conversation, don’t attempt to have a conversation. Instead, play, compete, dance, or eat with the other person.
Say, “I wonder if…”.
Say, “Imagine if…”.
Say, “That reminds be of...”.
Say, “You seem like the type of person that...”. This is known as a mini cold read.
Use metaphors. When you use metaphors about the person’s personality, highly exaggerate to make the conversation more exciting (using metaphors in this way is extremely useful for push/pull when attracting girls).

Change topics frequently.
Talk about your passions.
Describe things in images.
Talk about your feelings.
You will find that you think of more things to say if you are specific about what you talk about. For example, instead of saying, “the food is delicious”, say, “the food is has an unusual texture that resembles a pineapple”. For example, instead of saying, “I was with my family”, say, “I was with my well educated Mom talking about...”.
Be in the moment of the conversation. Don’t think ahead. Instead of planning what you will say while the person is talking, listen to that person carefully.
Chain of associations. Make comments on the other person sentence that are barely related. For example, if the person says “I don’t have a cat”, you can respond by saying “wow, I don’t have a dog. I have always wanted a dog but....”. You can also reply by saying “Cats! I love cats. My cousin has a cat and…”.
If something comes to you head, just say it without wondering about whether it is offensive. You will be able to talk forever. Don’t have a filter. Lower the bar for what you have to say. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Lower your standards for how good the things you say have to be.
Practice saying “Yes and…” in response to other people without a plan on how to finish your sentence. You will become better over time at finishing the sentence successfully.
State your opinion.
Talk about the possible stories that you don't know about within the story that you are telling. For example, the opinions/thoughts of others in the story.
If you don't know something, ask the other person about it.
Ask the other person their opinion on something.
Go with the flow of conversations, and don’t say things relating to the moment in the conversation that has already passed. Also, think about only the conversation during the conversation.
Talk about what you hope for, what your thankful for, make jokes, react to things that just recently happened, tell/teach/state things to the other person, ask for and about things, apologize for things, talk about what you believe will happen. Be willing to share things about yourself. Ask people about how they feel.
State things that are true. State why things are true.
Tell stories about the past, the things that could happen (tell them after the story that it was fictional instead of before), and the things that never happened nor will happen.

Say exactly the reason you are talking to her

i always just start off with the "hello" or "hi" as you do.

Then I do one of two things assuming I'm feeling her being receptive.

#1) i comment on something unique such as a drink she has that looks cool, or her outfit if is isn't some ordinary club dress.

#2) if nothing from #1 applies I'll usually say something like this...

"so this is your favorite bar in the city right??"

I'll say it in an upbeat inflection and usually they'll start rambling about other places they like. It makes the conversation really easy to flow.
