I mean, you’re not starting from a bad place, you have people approaching you which is a good sign.

There’s not really any trick to getting over that anxiety. You kind of just have to push through. It’s never going to feel like the right time or the right thing to say, just do it. If they’re into you it doesn’t matter much what you say.

Just do it. Nothing bad can happen. Understand that. Let it sink in. *You are already NOT fucking these girls._ there’s nothing there to lose! Take a chance asking for something. You’ll see that nothing bad can happen, and you’ll start to get over whatever your fear is.
