There’s no need in trying to be coy or seem standoffish as they will see right through. Women are better socially than men. They can read subtle cues which is why they can tell a guy likes them, whether they want to acknowledge it or not is something way different. Now, this doesn't mean text her every day with emojis and other feminine stuff (you can probably imagine what I'm talking about). Sometime in the middle of your break, text her (later in the evening) saying that you thought about her suddenly and wanted to see how she was doing. You're not lying, you're showing her that you're interested but you're not obsessed. Another thing for texting women in general, don't pay more attention to your texts from her than real life. I'm pretty bad at texting so I do that naturally, but most guys stress over what to say and when to say it when they should really just say it. They spend all day thinking about why the girl hasn't text them back or some BS ratio of sentences. Actually, only use texts to ask someone how they're doing and set up plans, otherwise, don't talk to them. Go out and live life so you have stuff to talk about when you go around her.

I’m in the exact same boat. Have hooked up with this girl about 4-5 times now, and we have winter break coming up and we’ve barely texted at all. I think, personally more can go wrong than right when texting so I don’t do it, I just keep doing what I’m doing. Not trying to force anything or look needy,

It helps a ton if you have several women that you're texting on a regular basis, and this woman is just one of the ones you're keeping in play.

Somehow when you have just one woman that you're talking to, texting, or whatever ... there's something about what you write/say and when you do it, that women can figure out that you're kind of desperate.

When you're gaming several women (or more ... there is really no limit) you have a "hey babe what's up, not that I care very much" vibe that they sense. As opposed to, "Oh god please reply or I'm gonna be so lonely and sad if you don't."

When you have just the one woman as a prospect, you tend to text too much, write dumb things, ask too many questions, and write "safe" (wimpy) things because you're afraid of offending her and losing her.

When you are texting lots of women, they sense it and often the woman will re-initiate contact, ask you questions, send you jokes and suggest hangouts.

When you give women too much attention they get bored. Just stop man let her come to you. Even if it takes months or never. Just go live your life and do your thing. Use this time to meet other people and stay busy so your not fixated on her. She'll wonder why your not giving her attention anymore and then hit you up. Trust me. Been there done that lol

Yeah I understand what you’re saying. I don’t do this normally but she’s on vacation so it’s not like we’re going to make plans or talk in real life and I don’t want to grow kinda distant
