My team contains only women and two men ( one older , one younger ) the rest is women , i flirt with every single one of them , i tease them all especially girls that might be a potential partner . I rarely go for women that i work with , but the last was the best so far like i discovered a whole thing about myself that i am not shy nor creepy ( i used to think women think i am creepy) , but because of constant teasing and flirting i think i might ended up in the friendzone or just become the team jester , they already called me the troller ( they never know if i am talking seriously or just trolling) ,like i said the issue is that i will be seen as just a jester , what can i do , how can i know they are really into me romantically??
