I recommend reading "Getting Laid In NYC" by Paul Janka, it's pretty short and covers all of the basics.

If you insist on a video though, I think this one is good.

Have a structure and stick to it. Then just go out and practice. When part of your structure doesn’t work consistently, analyze that part, figure out why it doesn’t work, and repair just that part. Don’t replace your whole structure just because one aspect of it doesn’t work right. Fix just that part and keep improving your structure over time.

Work on your dreams,your career, learn game and be surrounded by hotter girls then her, OFC if you will be able to show your HIGHER VALUE at that time and then she might come back. But at that time you'll have everything, Good Job, body and sexlife and confidence that no one can break.
Only Dumbass choose this one. Don't give a fuck. Work ONLY on your career and make tons of money and die thinking about how dull your life was.

Important Point: There is no proud in loosing virginity. I have seen boys who regret after having their first sex with someone who was not worthed [specially if she cheated on you, leave her]. And believe me, this thing(Who was the first girl I slept with?) is not going to leave you. So choose wisely who you fuck! Don't just run after little tiny bit of attraction. Also see how high your love bar is coz that's the main criteria of having a good sex, in which both of you are going to enjoy. Rest depends on you.
