Yeah. She's not being honest with herself, just like a lot of other people. You could say something like, i'll make all your wishes come true. The issue is in taking her wishes seriously. I can wish for a million bucks, but until I put the work in, I'm going to have to live with what I got. Actually....that's better. Say "I could wish for a million bucks...etc"...then end it with pointing out what she's got:a hot, young twenty-something.
