Doesn't matter. You have the same HR and management. Tge whole purpose of game is to have abundance so you don't have to risk your work for one cuteish girl.

People date inside the company all the dam time, but you have to be ready for a commitment unless the woman expresses interest in friends with benefits.

To be honest, people talk regardless even if you are not fucking. I remember everyone thought me and my co-worker were fucking but I actually was fucking a different co-worker lol we rarely even saw each other because she was in the other building much like you. I also fucked my co-worker that was married 2 times and felt super guilty never again.. best way is just to talk to them normal see if they are married,kids, drama etc invite them out to drinks with other co-workers

Honestly depends on the job, if this was a retail job where you’re not gonna be there long i’d say go for it. Idk if this job is your career but just use any work excuse to talk to her and feel the vibe then proceed.

Depending on the job, co-workers, and supervisors will dictate the approach. If it is an admin type of job, do not do it. If it is a regular job where people are respectful and don't take offense, go ahead and ask. Just depends on so many variables and nothing happens in a vacuum.

I worked at a tesla gigafactory for a short period.

There was alot of attractive girls going in and out of the lunchroom, most of them I would never work with. I did some game during my break. Fun times.

I only worked there for a short period (3 months). Eventually I might have gotten in trouble, but it was a very big work environment. Everything in life is going to come with risk. It was only a crappy temp job so it wasn't a huge deal if I was fired. If it was a career job, I might have been more careful.

You just gotta weight the pro's and cons. If you see them enough times, you might be able to go indirect and start saying hi to them in the hallways. If she only passes by once every 3 weeks, a direct approach may be your only option.

If she's a perfect 10 and you see her very rarely (like a rare pokemon), I would just say forget about it and go direct. I don't think an employer can fire you for something like that without talking to you first.

Lastly, you could try pointing her out to a coworker and see if they know them, or knows someone who knows them. If its a big company though small chance.
