Since you are 15 i think it is obvious that you try to be cool by talking like a retard, i have a 15 year old nephew who does that too, but trust me, if you develop a superior grammar you will be much better off when you grow up.

My advice to you would be: Read books, practice wit, become charming, be social, don´t be scared of interacting with girls, listen to what they say, they tell you so many things you will be able to use later, take care of your body, do sports and when the time comes you will not be worrying about picking up women, but how to handle all the girls that already want to get into your pants.

Practice mindfulness, read books on social skills to practice, and pick a hobby that excites you (eg. An instrument). At 15 you are still being psychologically molded. Although getting girls is fun, some pick-up advice is psychologically toxic, and you need enough social and life experience to discern what advice is cultivates your growth.

Here's the first bit of helpful advice: find what makes you happy and learn what stops your confidence. This will make grow you into a far more attractive person than a few pick up tricks.
