I just open my arms, they can walk in if they want. Usually just enough. If she starts to reciprocate, i open wider, and we hug.

I never go in for a hug unless it's someone I always hug.

Relax and be comfortable. Don't fidget and stand tall and pin your shoulders back.

Uh how do you know? Are they hugging everyone else but you? Are your clothes neat?

also, keep in mind... not all women are "huggers". Especially if you're friendship is newish....

not pickup related, sometimes i extend my hand for a handshake and the girl be like "cmon i'll give you a hug." vice versa.

also occasionally i extend my hand for a handshake, they had their hands out too and then i changed my mind super last minute and changed my handshake posture into a hug posture and tell em i'll give em a hug instead. don't think there's right or wrong. just be comfortabe

Why are you so sure its something to do with body language? Do you have a hunch what it could be? Spell it out, it'll be easier that way. You can't expect people to think and write up a whole list of possible body language issues that someone could have. Give us something to work with here.

Also, search "seduction body language", or something similar, to get some ideas.

In general, you can't really go hug a bunch of random women without being a somewhat smooth, attractive man. Do you have these qualities? Another way you can also hug a bunch of random women is by having some game. Do you have game? Are you giving them some emotional stimulation?
