This isn't love, it's a crush. And crushes are psychotic.

Something about her triggered a feeling and the feeling fueled a fantasy. In turn the fantasy led to more feelings, which led to more fantasies. In the end, you've imagined an entire relationship with someone you don't even really know. You've gone wild with strong feelings that aren't based on an actual history of mutual experiences.

It happens all the time. You have to stop it at the fantasy, or at least recognize what you're doing. It just happened to me too recently, and I already knew better.

Right now I'm just letting all those feelings based on fantasy simmer down so I can ask her out without being too nervous, or even being upset if she turns me down. I really like her, but if the interest isn't mutual, or if she's seeing somebody, I'm going to be alright with that too.

TLDR: Crushes are psychotic, and feelings based on fantasy can really ruin your game.

You're not falling in love... it's just a crush, an infatuation. You're living in a dream world, lusting like crazy. It's usually a waste of time. If you truly believe you can have a relationship with her you probably would've asked her out by now (or not -either you don't have the guts or you probably don't like her as much as you're saying).

I had the same thing on sophomore year! I started having the same
fantasy as you with her. It was a little hard to get over since I was seeing her everyday, and watching her talk to other boys... But now I'm living like a normal person. I haven't fallen in love in a long time now.

I think you should hit on her. Seriously. I have/had a crush on a girl I hooked up with abroad, and let me tell you, there is nothing worse than the thought and insecurity about what could have been. I've thought much more about that foreign girl than I ever have about my ex's after breaking up with them. Unless you try to do something with it, she'll stay in your mind for a much longer time. If she rejects you, that's a sign of incompatibility, which in turn will make it easier to move on.

Listen /u/Bondfaq , your game is bad, no wait, your game is terrible. Do you want to get better? Do you want to fulfill your goals in life? Stop right now and put this girl to the side. You aren't ready for a girl like this. You need to read "No More Mr. Nice Guy" immediately. After that dabble in "The Book of Pook" and The Natural by La Ruina so you know some outer game. This should take you a week tops. Then go out. Try to pick up a girl on the street. From reading your post you have never tried to do this. Ever. You have no game right now, but you can get better game. That's the best part. Read the books I provided, read the guides on the sidebar and actually make some news. You are better than this dude. Make it happen.
