I haven't been on a date for 4 months because I quit OKC to follow seddit advice. Now I've gotten a date with a cutie (I met her IRL first) and I'm very nervous because I feel very rusty at dating.
I'm pretty sure she likes me a lot because she's been contacting me once per day. I've already K-closed. This is the first official date but it's the 3rd time we've met in person. She's already been to my house once but we weren't alone. I'm not sure if any of these details are important.
But, I keep on imagining how the date is going to go in two scenarios. We're going to eat, it's going to go really well, we're going to go back to my place, we'll make out and then... etc. ;)
That or she's built up this huge ideal version of me in her mind during the time we haven't seen each other and on the date I'll be different from what she expects and disappoint her. She'll call it a night early after dinner and not want a follow up date.
BOTH are bad. The first is expecting a result. If anything less than the expected result occurs, I'll be very frustrated. The second is bad for obvious reasons.
Please tell me how to think about this differently. Any confidence boosters would be appreciated too.
