How many approaches you currently doing?. I would suggest build yourself up slowly, you got nothing to prove. I'd say for decent results, you should go out 3 - 4 times a week, 25 approaches each night. But don't start out doing that much, that is the key. Should aim to get there in six months to a year. Building yourself up slowly but surly is how this is done, setting small goals until you reach the big ones.

The way I see it is its like playing the lottery but it costs you nothing but a little time. Maybe 1 in a 100 give you their number but it cost you nothing to get it so its worth it.

The chances are slim, and that shouldn't stop you at all. Try your hardest to turn all your anxiousness into something that is fun and enjoyable and you'll have a blast putting yourself out there.
