I live in a pretty big city in the States and primarily go out solo.

Recently I’ve noticed a trend. I’ll meet a girl that I hit it off with. We flirt, make out, exchange numbers/socials. But once the bar closes, they leave with who they came with and I go home alone.

I almost feel like we hang out so long that they might get bored? Or too drunk/tired? I honestly don’t know.

I’m thinking maybe I should ask them to leave before the bar closes? Or maybe I shouldn’t have my attention exclusively on them and continue talking to other people?

I’ve been on 4 dates and made out/flirted with each. Two of those dates ended in sex that night. The other two hit me with the “no sex on the first date” shit.

Is 2/4 an appropriate ratio for sex on the first date? I honestly kinda expect it every time and idk if my expectations are off

I might need some harsh truth. But why are my encounters not ending in sex?
