It sounds new-agey, but if you are mindful of your body you can sorta deal with it. So when you notice yourself shallow breathing, start doing slow and deep breaths. If you notice yourself tensing your shoulders, relax them. Push them back and down. If you notice yourself clenching your jaw, let it loose.

No, but I look at dates differently. I like dates.

I mean, do what you gotta do to feel good about yourself beforehand, but it might be worth considering that dates play to your favour, not counter to it.

Meeting a woman and maintaining enough attraction for her to go out with you is the hardest part! That’s the most work, and my philosophy eschews unnecessary work. A date is a scenario in which you control far more variables than any earlier stage in the seduction process. You pick the activity, location, etc.

Dates are also wonderful because if they go well, you can escalate physically/sexually quite a bit without playing your entire hand. IMO, contrary to the common practice here, I don’t often invite women I date back to my place. I much prefer sexually teasing my dates so much that by the 2nd or 3rd date, they’re the ones desperate to rip my clothes off. It’s more fun that way.
