Game her like you would normally game a chickand add "I'm not looking for anything serious". It's like any other pick up. Don't understand how having an open relationship changes anything, my open relationship=I do whatever I want, but take her out on dates/hang out with her. Open relationship is just like a fuck buddy with more emotional connection and responsibility.

If your ex-coworker is unaware you have a girlfriend, there's no real need to change your game. Either she's interested in a hook-up or she's not, and unless you're hoping to set up a threesome down the road there's no real need to bring your open relationship gf into the conversation.

If your ex-coworker knows you are in a relationship (such as through facebook), you may need to make it clear to her that you are in an open relationship. Do it in a natural way, perhaps after she's shown interest but is resisting due to your unavailable status.

So yeah, set up a situation where the two of you are hanging out alone, and make it happen.
