So you're a college student and you lack money? I've never heard of such a thing before...

Seriously though, forget about the money. I mean, be smart with money, but don't worry about not having a lot of it, at the moment. Won't hinder your game.

How does that express itself? Can you describe a situation where you notice your lack of self confidence coming into play?

That's cool, definitely keep doing that. For your inner game, I think there are at least two components you need to take care of:

1) Do stuff that's good for you, no matter how hard it is (e.g. getting the degree). Experience some hardship, go out there and do tough stuff, even if it hurts etc.

2) Do stuff that you enjoy and that enriches your life right now. It's a huge mistake to keep putting things off until a more opportune moment arises. Go out and grab things you want and pull them into your life, right now.

Let's try improving on something that you enjoy and are good at, for example swimming. Start with 1 lap and see if you can get to 20 in a month.

Right now its clear you don't enjoy the seduction game, and with this mentality you'll never improve.

The key is doing something you enjoy and something that you can see improvement with.

This will give you the confidence that will eventually lead to progress in other areas.

Here are some things that have helped me become more confident:

Meditation. It hasn't worked miracles for me the way some people say it does, but I do feel more centered on days when I've sat for a while.
Excercise. You're probably doing this already, but if you're not there really are almost too many benefits to mention, many of which increase happiness and self esteem. I don't even go at it as hard as a lot of people do.
Being social. Just talking to random-ass strangers on a consistent basis brought me out of my shell a lot. As long as you're friendly, most people are going to react well to you, some of them very well. This made me realize, hey, I don't have to do anything special to be likeable. I just have to be visible.
Myriad little things: Dressing better, being aware of body language and posture, taking things less personally, being more selfish (in a good way), and getting out more often. There are some other things I am forgetting, I'm sure, and a lot of these things could easily be effects rather than causes. That's the cool thing about developing confidence: It snowballs.

Do all the things seddit recommends like how I did. Then when you're still a loser you can confirm you're just a natural born loser like me. Might take 5 or 10 years, but it'll be worth it.
