Your entire post is outcome dependent.

Meaning, you haven't integrated the most important long-term concept taught here: outcome independence.

One thing you'll learn if you continue to practice this stuff, is that the world of "seduction" is much, MUCH deeper than most people think. That's because there is no world of seduction... it's real life. And real life is complicated.

You really need to just consistently try new things, fail or succeed, then tweak based on results. Constantly. Worrying about your social proof and reputation is a sure-fire way to lose it.

Now, integrity on the other hand... what techniques are you using that sacrifice your integrity? Any technique that does is worthless and should be thrown out immediately.

Social circle stuff is a bit different than cold approach. Meaning, if you see a girl all the time, it can be difficult to next her. But, within most social circles, you have your core group of friends, then new people you don't see very often. In general, it can be a good idea to not sleep with any of the core group, but sleep with as many of the "outliers" as you feel like.

This way, regardless of what happens, you'll be good with the people you care most about.

If you're not the leader of what the group is doing you will have less control and power over the women. My advice: do what YOU want and makes you happy. That means always having fun backup plans.

You can try and see by checking out her body language. My advice: If she keeps looking at you, send her a smile to show you're confident, having fun.

What is your concern exactly? If you don't want to come off insincere don't be insincere.

If you live your life based on avoiding girls "negative reactions" you're gonna have a bad time.

Next thing? You mean nexting a girl? Don't be rude to people you'll see again, but be outcome independent. If they don't show interest, then keep it to casual conversation.

If a girl isn't interested and ignores your texts/rejects you, it doesn't mean you have to be an asshole and ignore her. Just stop trying to get in her pants. Treat her like a friend. You can still text her or be friendly when you run into her at the bar, but make it clear that she's not a romantic target for you. You can hit on other girls and why should she care? She wasn't interested in the first place and you've been a gentleman about it.

And what do you mean, exactly? Do you mean long term social contacts/friends, or do you mean long term high quality relationships with a single woman (i.e., dating, marriage)?
