I'd just start over with a different girl. It's easier to start off as high value than climb from low value to high.

Note: IMO, you asking this question signifies that she's still higher value than you. If you were higher value, you'd have no problem letting her go.

Of course it's possible, but is it worth it. The effort it takes you to make that happen would be better used to just meet newer and hotter girls.

Never get hung up on one woman. If a woman doesn't want to get with you because she thinks you are too low value then just move on and keep working on yourself. Never make a specific woman your reason to improve, just keep pushing forward. If someday down the line she starts to pursue you then you can re-evaluate if you still want her but don't keep orbiting in hopes that she will change her mind about you.

The level of difficulty in accomplishing this will be dependent on how long she has seen you as low value. If you just met her one time, you can re-frame the situation fairly easy during the next interaction, but if she has known you for a long time and friend zoned you already, then it will be extremely difficult, if not outright impossible.
