You should only be asking girls on dates that you think will say yes. If you haven't built any rapport/attraction, don't bother. When I'm talking to a girl who is interested, I can pretty well tell if she's going to say yes or not. I've only had a few times when the girl denied me her number and/or a date. You need to chill out and calm down and not be so aggressive/thirsty.

Avoid the reputation by only asking girls that show you signs that they are interested. It's better to be the guy who asks a girl on a date and gets rejected than to be known as the guy who asks nobody on a date and never has any meaningful relationships with women. There are definitely ways to avoid getting the reputation. To start, don't "practice" game on your social circle. You can keep those two aspects of your life entirely distinct.

By asking every girl you come across as needy/desperate. This is a massive turn down, dont hit on every girl just the ones you really want.
