You don't have to completely isolate her. The point is to start with a simple isolation, maybe just turning her to face away from her friends and towards you. If your open to it, go out for a cigarette, or just some air(cigarette is more casual). Parties usually always have a quieter outdoor place to light up. If you have a good friend who is hosting, plan it out with him beforehand to use his room to mix cocktails. Offer to make a girl some, profit. Depending on the energy level of the party suggest you guys go to a bar.
