It's not a shit test and she's not insulting you.

One of two things is happening:

1. She isn't physically attracted to you and doesn't want you to get the wrong idea, but she does want to be friends.

2. She's hasn't yet decided if she wants to go on a date with you because you asked her only after having talked for 5 minutes, and she'd like to spend more time with you to see if she's interested in dating.

It is a shit test. She's not insulting you. If anything she's telling you that you're a threat - in a good way. What you want to do here is agree to go dancing as friends and before hand, set the tone of "we are going to go find partners for each other." However you want to tell her that is fine: "Yeah let's go out, you can be my wingman."

When you get to the club and get some drinks, play Fuck/Marry/Kill to get a sense of the kinds of guys she's interested in. Get her to open some girls to you and vice versa. When she's trying to figure out what girls you like, be very picky and selective. If you're doing this right you'll both have a ton of fun, she'll bring girls to you, and if she sees other girls enjoying your company, she'll probably become attracted to you - especially if throughout the night you occasionally say things like, "you know, you do make a pretty good friend." Start your sentences to her with "Dude." "Dude, you're terrible with guys. You didn't even give him your number!" Treat her almost like a sister. It'll drive her nuts. She'll eventually throw herself at you.

just some clarification: I didn't invite her. I just mentioned I like going to dance lessons. She said, "I've been wanting to do that!"

Also, it's wouldn't be a one-on-one; it's a dance lesson with 20 people where you rotate partners.

It's DEFINITELY a shit test. If anything, it tells you that her mind had already imagined the two of you having sex-an image which normally you have to work to instill in her head.

Keep pushing forward and it will happen.

First of all, NOT EVERYTHING IS A FUCKING SHIT TEST. She may really just not be interested in you.

Here's the thing: women are very emotional and their emotions are subject to change at a whim. So a girl who tells you she just wants to be friends today may change her mind tomorrow. Buuuuut... if she told you she just wants to be friends, you are entitled to respect that statement and you should see yourself as already waaaay behind.

Question is this: do you want to be her friend? If yes, go on the date. If not, I would move on and go find somebody who isn't going to outright reject you right away.

She's only known you for 5min man.. You don't know that she doesn't have any interest in you, she said yes which is still a good thing. She's playing it safe, go have fun and ask her on a date if it goes well!

If I think I like a girl after only 5min its purely based on looks, def not enough time to see if I'd be really interested in her.
