At the grocery just an hour ago minding my own as usual, I was also wearing Airpods in the store and gloves as it’s been fairly rainy where I am today. Pushing my cart through the aisles and a little hottie passes by and strikes up a conversation with me (I had to take my airpods out), she may have asked me if I was cold or maybe made a comment about the gloves.

We chatted a bit and I was a little flustered because I was not expecting it all tbh, I probably sounded like a complete dork. We said our goodbyes and I was already kicking myself a bit for not furthering it, when we ran into each other again in another aisle.

I asked her if she’d like to grab a drink or a bite sometime as she mentioned living in the area and I got her number. Honestly don’t know if it’s even her real number, but that was a nice boost to have today. Going to message her tonight.

Brothers, women want to meet men too, and sometimes they’ll take the initiative to do it. I was honestly not prepared and I think I came across very awkward because of the surprise of being approached but I’m glad I asked for her info. Be open and ready for anything.
