Just wait till they break and then look to the side . Never look down or break first. I've gotten laid primary from good eye contact. No joke. I had deep eye contact for like 15 seconds with a girl in my class. Now she's my fwb. Obviously u still need to do other things right. But it's a good tool to have. Because it only helps

Don't look straight into her eyes nonstop. If you're going to break, maybe look down at her lips and then quickly back up to her eyes. She'll find it attractive

The key is to hold solid eye contact. Don't stare at her. Solid eye contact is sexy, staring is not. When you have to break eye contact, look up but never down. Slow down your eye movement. Don't rapidly look around. Relax but be solid.
