I feel like a lot of Kino advice revolves around an underlying assumption that you can't touch a girl for the sake of it. That some other dimension has to be added around it. Like, a dance move, a high five, a compliment on a piece of clothing, etc.
Some of those little move and routines are fun, they ussually do what they were meant to do.
However I think it would help out some men here to know that none of that is necessary.
You can kino, just for the sake of doing it. It doesn't have to be negated by an overlying dimension or strategy.
If you are talking to a girl, you can just take her hand and start playing with it. Just have your hand under hers and swing it a little and play with it.
If you get bored of that, you can pull her in closer to you, rest a hand somewhere on her (almost always arm to start for me. Then back, then hips, then hair/face. That order isn't a hard and fast rule though.).
Kino doesn't have to be complicated. While some routines are good, touching doesn't ever have to be downplayed with an excuse. It can always be straightforward. Never think you can only kino at certain stages and opportunities and and that it needs a tiny excuse.
Don't be a pussy. Act like you aren't afraid of pussy.
