This article really helped me too understand one reason why I fail to get some of the girls I persue. I realized that some of my behavior matched a few of the behaviors in this article. For example: Kicking myself and feeling bad because I got rejected or bombed an approach with a girl, feeling stupid for the rest of the day for how I said a certain thing or for what I should have said, etc.

I realize that its pointless to feel down about a girl not going for you. If a girl is truly interested in you. She will make it painfully obvious. its up to you to NOT be that guy that constantly trying to do things to ensure that she continues to like you.

The worst thing you could do is waste time worrying about somebody who isn't worried about you.
