This is an interesting situation because while you can offer value with the concert hookups, if you do it in a not so smooth fashion it can come off as weird. Instead of having the mindset of I am going to go up to this girl and hook her up with XXX, try this instead. Walk up to cute girl thinking, first, I am going to find out if she is cool. THEN, if she is cool I will talk to her about how I can make her life more interesting.

In this situation YOU are the one with value which is huge right off the bat. You can go about finding a cool girl to share it with and by having this frame of mind you are going to come off as the high value guy that you are.

Practice. Just talk to more women.

I just tore the band-aid off on this one. After two years of stalling, I saw an attractive woman on the street, told her she was cute, but that I had to go meet a friend, and I wanted her phone number.

Did that a few more times. Now it's not that hard to walk up to a woman and say hi.

If you need help getting started, take a friend with you, and give him $100. You get $20 for every woman you approach and ask her phone number.
