It's both innergame and the fact that you're too attached to the outcome. If you just approach her with the thought of just having a good conversation, you'll put less pressure on yourself. You'll find things go better than you expect. Then you ask for her number when it's going well.

It is VITAL to go into cold approaches with ZERO expectations. If she rejects you, you will care WAY less if you’re not expecting anything.

The more you approach the more you become desensitized to your fear. The easier it becomes.

I’m not the best with girls, but I have approached many times with a good success rate.

The trick is to NOT think, I know it may seem silly, but when you see an attractive girl, take no more than 5 secondes to go walk to her.

You’ll see that once you’re next to her and say your first word, it will become much easier and natural.

So just go for it quickly before you start overthinking.

Approach anxiety is assessment anxiety. You are afraid of her judging you and it's completely natural. Anyone telling you otherwise and to become a robot probably hasn't got as much experience as they're making out or they're autistic.

The first few approaches if you have never approached before or for a while will be fucking rough. You just need to be easy on yourself and warm up to it.
