The hard part is building yourself into a man who has strong chemistry with the kind of women you are attracted to. It’s hard because we have to start from where we are. Everyone wants to be with an amazing girl, but if you have no social life you have to start there. Lots of people want a social life, but if you have confidence and anxiety issues, you have to start there. Most people want to be confident, but if you aren’t proud of your body, health, and life, then you have to start there.

Being confident when you have nothing to be confident about is hard because it is paradoxical. The good news is you don’t have to do these things perfectly, you just have to get them up to a level where you can get lucky. Then you can watch your non-neediness skyrocket.
