At first you are not going to want to approach girls not because of lack of motivation but excuse making. This is probably not what you wanted to hear but motivation comes through the process of doing things i.e. you start to get motivated while working out at the gym but when you are sitting in the couch you make all kinds of excuses not to work out. Now what I suggest is getting a wingman. Go the the rsd inner circle group in facebook and get one. I hope I didnt disappoint and that this helps. When you want to talk to girls dont come from the mindset of "I have to make this girl like me!" You will be like a mouse trying to get the attention of a falcon. Instead go in with the mindset of "Let me see if she likes me." Approach anxiety will diminish alot bro.
