Guys, as I'm reading some FRs here, I see some silly mistakes that people forget, even though they have great game, they mess things up by forgetting the basics. I figure we should make some motivational phrases and rules that we should never forget, I'll start, you guys post some more.

  • ABC: Always Be Closing
  • NBN: Never Be Negative
  • AHF: Always Have Fun
  • LHBOTB: Leave Her Better Off Than Before
