A lot of people on here saying it's all mental without knowing the necessary details (although, I also suspect it is). Can you get it up other times (masturbation, etc)? If so, can you get it up on alcohol and meds?

If the answer is yes to both of those, then it's almost certainly psychological. I've dealt with it by focusing on being present in the moment and silencing the voice in my head. Since you have anxiety, I would hope that you've developed (or are developing) these types of skills already. If not, you really should work on self hypnosis and meditation.
