You're not going to like my answer, but good things aren't always enjoyable:

Do not sleep with someone who doesn't give you any sober indication they want to sleep with you.

I speak from experience as having been that girl that gets handsy when she's drunk and has a good relationship with male friends. She is not truly herself when she is drunk and sleeping with you might seem fun at the time but when she sobers up, she might regret it. And please don't think this reflects poorly on you. This is just a decision that should be me while both parties are completely aware of their actions. She clearly has some form of attachment to you if she's asking you to take care of her, however, she could also really just be asking you for help. You might just be someone she can truly depend on. If that's not what you're about, maybe you're better off looking for a hookup somewhere else, you know?

Well, she feels confort with you. Build some attraction, tease her, sexualize the conversation and next time, before she is totally drunk go for the kiss.

Drunk people do and say shit. For example I'm a very introverted dude. I don't like talking with people just for the sake of it, but if I drink some good portion, I can get not only very extroverted, but I can even be flirty with random girls.

However if she being sober is not attracted to you, then just pass it, at least until she hits on you while being sober.

There's a good chance she would sleep with you while drunk. However, if you take advantage of that opportunity, you will probably regret it. Contrary to the lies people tell themselves, nobody "develops" an attraction while they're drunk, and then loses it when they're sober. If she's acting like this regularly, it means the attraction is there, but there's something causing her to hide it while her inhibitions aren't lowered by alcohol. Whatever's making her hide her attraction while sober could potentially make her regret sleeping with you and potentially believe you took advantage of her when she sobers up.

Now, whatever's stopping her from showing her attraction while sober could easily be something totally benign. She might worry she's not good enough for you or she could just be worried it would ruin your friendship. The only way to find out is to pursue her sober. If you want to get with her, you really should do it while she's sober, or at the very least make sure the foundation is there before she actually gets drunk.

Nah, you sound friend zoned. Sorry man. Many other options though, she doesn't sound stable mentally to be honest
