By exposure. You aren't supposed to fight fear, you won't get anywhere doing that. You need to work with fear : acknowledge you're afraid and do it anyway. Bravery isn't the absence of fear, it's acting even though you're afraid.

What are you so afraid of about approaching? Their reaction to you? Guess what you're already deciding for them. What's the worst thing that happens if you approach? She says no? SO WHAT.

reframe it, stop thinking oh i wonder if they like me... Instead go up with the attitude of hey, i wonder if they're cool enough for me.

Finally, fear is just an emotion... You are stronger than your emotions. Don't let it control you. Make fear your bitch by saying "ok, I'm afraid. Like that's going to stop me."

Damnit! My first time really looking through r/TRPgame, r/TheRedPill, and r/Seduction and this is the one thread I was hoping to see a bunch of responses to, I have the same problem! But I talked to my shrink about it and she told me about "in vivo desensitization". Basically the only way to overcome fear is to keep on approaching and desensitizing yourself to that situation. I think it happens as we get older we just get more anxiety ridden. As we interact with less people each day things just get harder.

Just need to get out there and see things aren't that scary. I recommend going out alone. If it's way too much for you talk to your doc about xanax, seriously it takes away all the fear.

Sry bro, but the hard truth is you gotta stop being a pussy and just go for more pickups. Whatever happens... so what after 5,10 or 100 times it wont, trust me and after 500 times you will be able to approach girls without problem. I know this is not what you wanna hear probably and you hope there is some good way to help ease that approaching anxiety but there is not. Stop looking for some other ways.
