Pretty lame. And just because a woman replies to you doesn't mean you've set yourself up for a good interaction with a frame that is flattering to you. You're just putting her on a pedestal with lines like this, buying into the false premise that a "Bad Man" is the only reason a woman is single. Maybe, heaven forbid, SHE was the one who messed up and a man broke up with her.

Men with experience don't talk like this. They do not jump through hoops and even worse, they do not create hoops that weren't there to begin with. The only thing that matters is the (emerging) relationship between you and her. And then you wonder why they "insult" the man lol. It's a shit test that YOU elicited.

They're right, you don't need to know that.

In what world do you remind a woman that you're interested in, of another guy? Especially if it may bring up negative emotions from her or even worse positive emotions sending her right back mentally to that guy... Not you though.

It's a really weak line.

Be honest, state your interest and intentions.. the results will be just as hit and miss but here's the kicker; you're being yourself, more unique than any line.

I've been on and still am on many dating apps and have a girlfriend of over a decade never had to lie, hide or walk on eggshells. Just be truthful and you never have to make shit up and overthink the next disingenuous line.

With billions of women out here brother trust that you'll find many by just being you. They know a cornball and a liar from a mile away.

I'm not saying that you can't get women this way (your way) because you can but you'll never keep em or have their respect if you're not genuine even in rejection (for lack of a better word)

First, you're overthinking. It's not sustainable to come to reddit every time you want a witty response. Just say whatever comes to your mind. You'll win some and you'll lose some. You'll probably have to consistently miss a lot of shots before you reliably make them. But you've gotta take the training wheels off and just try.

Personally, I'd say something like, "A lot of women have tried to hold onto me and failed 😅 Honestly, I'm looking for a woman who can meet me where I'm at, and I haven't found her yet." It puts her in the mode of realizing that she's the one who has to prove herself to me, and also shows that I've got a lot of experience with women and confidence that comes from that. But you have to be authentic about it, if you say something like this and it's bullshit, she'll be able to tell.

If you're inexperienced, it's better to own that and make the best of it, maybe "Actually, I'm the one who fumbled 😅 I wasn't always the catch that I am now. I used to be super out of shape*, but I decided to hit the gym about a year ago and busted my ass to change that."

*again, say something authentic. Say what really kept you from dating in the past, and what you actually did to overcome it.
