cut friends who temp you in this path
work out
read
find social group or other hobbies
meditate
get into /r/GetMotivated
go to doctor check up to see if you have any deficiencies
eat healthy food

Your lifestyle choices are making you introverted and probably killing your libido. You need to take small steps to change your mind and your body - I would strongly recommend working on your body. Join a gym, pick up some weights and get moving. Google some healthy recipes and learn how to cook (became a huge hobby of mine in the past two years since I moved out on my own). Take pride in your living area and keep it clean. Keep up with the news - pick a subject that you know extremely well and be able to strike up intelligent conversations with new people, I stick to either politics or sports depending on the crowd.

This isn't a recipe for getting laid - this will boost your confidence, people skills, your likability, generally and help you evolve as a man. You'll be a more attractive person as a result.

Marijuana is a drug. If you have problems with drugs, get help. There are so many ways to help yourself; the problem is that YOU'RE the only one that can help yourself. No one will do it for you.

It sucks, but you got yourself where you are and now you have to get yourself out. There is no overnight fix. There are no magic bullets or quantum leaps. This will take time. Probably the same amount of time that it took to get you to get to where you are now. Unlearning ingrained behavior is extremely difficult to change. Fortunately with consistent hard work and perseverance , you can get to where you want to be.

Maybe worry about getting laid AFTER fixing yourself.

Yeah bro I can totally relate to you in this situation. Shit, I'm from Colorado dude, so weed is in abundance here. I've had my red card for a couple years now and it used to be a daily thing for me for about a couple years. My social circle was heavily influenced by it and at times that was basically all we did hanging out. My advice on this situation is probably exactly what you don't want to hear. You need to cut that shit. Stop smoking everyday and when you do smoke, only have a few hits. No more sailing to the moon where you find yourself in a robotic state incapable of holding conversations.

Since I stopped making weed such a regular habit, my life improved tremendously. I had more motivation, got into meditating (HIGHLY recommend, it's changed my life in ways weed never could). I also coupled this with NoFap and my life has really been heading into a better direction these last few years. When smoking weed, I was much more prone to depression and feeling down. Nowadays I never really feel that way, I'm much more optimistic and happy. And when I do partake in smoking, I usually enjoy the high much more and have some takeaways. There's also none of that bullshit brain fog you get after smoking so damn much.

Bottom line is, you came here seeking someone to relate to. I'm here to tell you, there's a long road in front of you to be where you want to be, and the absolute best thing to do is take some steps in that direction. Step one: cut the mary jane. I know it's hard but it'll be sooooo worth it when, a year from now, you're looking back and seeing how far you came.

Here's the thing. We can't help you. Only you can help yourself.

We can show you the road signs, but you have to walk the road.

So when you come in here asking for help like this, you won't get it. And it's not because we're not capable of giving you good, quality advice. It's because you're not taking the action to actually do something about your life.

The fact of the matter is, a lot of that information already exists. Check out the sidebar for starters. What you're currently doing right now is analogous to begging for money, when in actuality, you need a job.

I'm not saying this to belittle or insult you. I'm not saying this because I want you to feel bad about yourself. I apologize if I came across that way (I'm really tired, so I know I'm not exactly coming from the right mindset right now). But I wanted to give you a little wake-up call.

I'm fairly certain that you already know recognize some of the problems in your life. And I'm sure you already know how to get started on fixing them. Chances are, you don't really need new information. You just need to take action.

I had a roommate similar to your situation, his entire circle of friends was built on weed and most of how their social interactions went was smoking. I could tell he was lonely though, and he used it as a coping mechanism. He said he wasn't addicted, but I could tell he mentally was. For your social health I would reduce smoking habits, I would go for a goal of only smoking once a week then cut it off if you feel like you don't want it anymore. Replace smoking with hobbies. Hiking, join clubs, working out. Meetup.com is a good way to meet people in niche activities and gives you things to talk about when you meet new friends. Take gradual steps to living a life you want to.
