Nightgame is fun when you're out with friends, but otherwise, it's pretty bad for your body if you're consistently doing it.

The fucked up sleep schedule is what made me stop.

Not very healthy and always staying up so late can hurt your testosterone.

I agree online dating is a lot more efficient, especially if you're at the stage of your life where you want to dedicate your time to other things: fitness, money, learning new skills.

You can also leverage your time and talk to multiple girls and plan multiple dates instead of going to a venue, scouring your options, and then approaching one by one.

Nightgame is difficult for beginners, although all the gurus from youtube and tiktok say the opposite. I would never recommend nightgame to a beginner.

Nightgame is good if you go with a friend of yours, but going alone is a strong test and better to avoid it. Take a friend with you and you will change your opinion (if your goal is to approach girls don't use alcohol) and also you have to decide before going if you just want to have fun or approach girls, is difficult to do both because when you have fun girls don't appear out of nowhere and they won't interrupt you when you are having fun, the same way you don't interrupt someone when you see they are laughing for example.

I'd say it depends on the country you're doing it in. For example, bars are very fun in South America, but I'm currently living in Finland but I don't go out anymore because bars in Finland are terrible and women here are very boring too

Depends on what you are after. Night game is the gym for your social skills. Its where you can practice and improve. Online dating isn't going to improve much, except what you get out of the dates.

Just let loose and socialize with people. You can do this sober.
