hey, everything good? (Of course it is, but I use this one just to trigger her to ask back “yeah why?” Then i’d be like “no you look kinda worried” or something like that. There are times I even jokingly say “maybe just some wrinkles on your forehead, I thought you looked worried lol” ).

To me any opening is good because that’s just an opener. The goal is to give her an opportunity to reciprocate. If you feel like she’s interested in you (lock eye contact, sits close to you), then you gotta prove yourself right by opening her way to talk to you. If her response is meh or she just ignores you, there it is you know the answer.

Last but not least, one might ask “then after I say an opener and she answers, what’s the next thing that I should say?” If you need your hands to be held for every reply she gives you, that means you have social skills issue. Work on that.

Without eye contact I would wait until step in same station or give a compliment on my way out if she stop me then we will be exchange contact because I am anyway leaving - next time

this happened to me once, it was around 10 pm i was heading home, the tram was empty and a girl hopped on it and decided to sit in front of me out of all the sits in the tram, we kept glancing sometimes at eachother, she was on the phone i was the phone or looking out the window, i arrived at my station and left, it happens sometimes when she shows interest but it is what it is
