Today was an important day for me because today I have finished 30 days of my cold approach challenge. This is a big milestone in which I met lots of different women and learnt few things along the way. Still today started gloomy with lots of rain and I felt very severe approach anxiety today for some reason. I think it was partly because I said excuse me to a girl and she didn't respond and went away even though it was partly my fault for not being fully calibrated. Today I stick to basics again because I was so much in my head for an hour or so. Also, I want to thank all the people who have been giving me advice and helping me along my journey. I hope you will keep doing that.

Interaction 1 - I was still in my head. So I saw this girl who passed me as I was waiting to get my food at a restaurant. I went next to her still in my head and said I saw you from over there and you look like a foreigner ( that was the first thing that came to my mind at that time) and she said yeah she isn't from here. By then she reached a signal and left. My body language in this Interaction wasn't perfect and my voice was weak too

Interaction 2 - This happened long after the first interaction. In between this time I had tried talking to a girl but she ignored me partly because she had noticed me coming to talk to her and she felt uneasy about it. So around an hour after that interaction, I said fuck it, I will just say Hi and leave cuz I was starting to feel bad about not approaching at all. I saw this women who was going somewhere, I said excuse me and told her that she looks really nice. She said thank you in such a sweet way that it just lighten up my mood. I said you have beautiful earrings because they were great. She said thank you and left

Interaction 3 - Feeling a bit better after the last Interaction, I soon saw another girl and told her that she looks really nice. She said thanks and left

Interaction 4 - I saw this beautiful girl walk past me whose face was like a beautiful doll. She went to a ladies shop and there were a lot of people inside. I first hesitated but then I just decided to go for it and went up to her and told her that I had seen her outside and she was really pretty so I had to atleast say Hi. I told her that she has a cute doll face. She was smiling and said that she is actually on her break so she has to get back to what she is doing. I said ok and left

Interaction 5 - I saw this women lady who was holding bubble tea and was going somewhere. I said excuse me and told her that I understand she is busy but she looks really nice. I told her that she had beautiful earrings because they were actually quite pretty. She said thanks and left

I know that I should be conversing more but I just couldn't for some reason today. Tomorrow I have decided to go for a mass approaching day so that I can better understand where I stand. I will also record myself Tomorrow and then share with people here so they can help me with my sticking points. Lastly, I am wondering if I should just go direct tomorrow or try all different styles.
